The Day
Inner Alchemy is a full day held at Spa World in Centreville, Virginia. There is no practitioner working on your body. No one lays hands on you. The alchemy is yours to make, through breath, heat, sound, stillness, and water.
Our role is the container. We sequence the day, we keep the room steady, and we make sure nothing is asked of you except your own honest attention. You arrive carrying it. You leave having set some of it down.
The day is co-ed. Sonatta holds the women. King James holds the men. Both circles move through the same seven chambers, together and apart as the day asks.
The Structure
The day is built as a sweat lodge with seven doors instead of the traditional four. Each door opens a chamber, and each chamber corresponds to one of the seven centers, root through crown. You move through all seven in one day.
Where the day begins. Grounding, safety, and the simple work of arriving fully in the body you brought with you.
Water, feeling, and creative flow. You meet what moves in you rather than managing it.
Heat and will. The chamber where personal power is reclaimed through breath and inner effort.
The middle passage. Softening, forgiveness, and the courage to let the chest open again.
Sound and truth. Toning, silence, and the honest word you have been carrying unspoken.
Stillness and inner sight. Vision work in low light, with nothing asked of you but attention.
Release. The final chamber opens the top of the temple and carries you toward the water.
What Is Included
The day opens with a guided qigong practice to settle the nervous system and set the rhythm for everything that follows.
We gather, we name why we came, and the container is sealed. Sonatta holds the women, King James holds the men.
A slow ceremonial tea service. Not a beverage break. A practice of presence in community.

Plant forward, ceremonially prepared nourishment served mid day, so the body is fed before the deepest passages.
The day ends in the water. Bathing areas are separated, women on one side and men on the other. Water access is included in your ticket.
Ten in the morning until four in the afternoon, with full day access to the facility. Nothing extra to buy once you arrive.

After the seventh chamber, we close in the water. The bathing areas are separated, women on one side and men on the other, so everyone can rest without holding anything up.

Temple Mother Earth is a church. When you register, you join us as a member for the day. There is no ongoing commitment, no dues, and nothing to sign afterward. It simply means you arrive as part of the circle rather than as a customer. That is the difference between being served and being held.
