    Snake
    Ceremony

A guided rite for what you have outgrown. You arrive carrying the old skin. You leave without it.

    Begin the descent

    The Medicine

The serpent does not fight the skin. It walks out of it.

Every tradition that has met the snake understood the same thing about it. The serpent is the keeper of shedding. It carries no shame about the form it used to hold, and it does not negotiate with the one it has finished with.

Snake Ceremony sits in the Animal Kingdom of the Five Kingdoms of Medicine, the lineage Temple Mother Earth holds. It is a body first rite. Nothing here asks you to think your way through. The work moves at the speed your nervous system agrees to, and not one step faster. You are guided the whole way. You are never handed more than you consented to hold.

    The Arc

    Four molts

A snake does not shed all at once. It moves through four true stages, and so does this ceremony. Open each one to see what it asks of you.

Food, screens, company, sleep. The colors go quiet on purpose. Most of the real work happens here, before you ever walk through the door, and the people who honor this week are the ones who go deepest on the day.

Before anything begins, you name what is welcome and what is not, in your own words. Your guide repeats it back. That naming holds for the whole ceremony and you may change it at any point.

Breath, sound, stillness, and the presence of the serpent kin. You keep your voice the entire time. Your guide stays with you from the first breath to the last.

You do not leave the temple and disappear. A structured follow through carries you through the week after, when what moved in ceremony is still finding its shape in your ordinary life.

    Discernment

    Is this your gate?

Tap what is true for you right now. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent. This is for your own clarity.

Consent is not a form you sign at the door. It is the ground the whole ceremony stands on, and you may withdraw it at any moment without explanation.

    The Practice

    Write the one sentence

Every person who walks into this ceremony brings one sentence. Not a paragraph. One. Try it here, right now, before you decide anything else.

    Preparation

    Your week begins now

Formal preparation opens seven days before your ceremony date. You may begin sooner, and most people who go deepest do.

    1. 01Simplify the plate

Full guidance arrives with your confirmation. The short version is lighter, cleaner, and earlier in the evening.

    2. 02Lower the volume

Less scrolling, less noise, less borrowed opinion. The dulling stage is real and it starts here.

    3. 03Keep the one sentence

The one you wrote above. Say it out loud once a day until the ceremony.

    4. 04Protect the day after

Do not schedule anything that needs you sharp. Treat it as part of the ceremony, because it is.

    5. 05Arrange your ride

You will not be driving yourself home.

    Before you ask

    Questions

Do I have to be experienced in ceremony?

No. First gates are welcome. Your intake conversation is where we find the right entry point for you, and it is a real conversation, not a formality.

What actually happens in the room?

You receive the full description in writing before you are asked to commit to anything. Nothing about this ceremony is a surprise on the day. That is the whole point of the threshold.

I have a fear of snakes.

Say so in your application. Fear is information, not disqualification, and there is more than one way to be held in this rite. Your guide will design your participation with you before the day.

Can I come with my partner or a friend?

Yes, and each person applies separately. Every yes has to be its own.

How do I learn the date and the offering?

Both are shared directly with you after your application. We hold this circle small on purpose.

    The Invitation

Bring the skin you are done with.

Applications are read by a guide, not a queue. You will hear back with the date, the details, and your next step.
